This music is steeped in the R&B traditions of the USA and UK. The band are influenced by early Rolling Stones, Soul, R&B and much more. They have in Sakura Mori one of the coolest drummers on the planet, her no nonsense aproach underpins the overall sound of the band. It is edgy rock & roll dealing with modern themes, addictive, essential listening.
The tracks were recorded "Direct to Vinyl" on a 1930's cutting lathe at Lewis Durham's (Kitty, Daisy and Lewis) vintage recording studio in Soho, London in one single rockin' session. The album is in glorious mono, no overdubs of fiddling about with the sound. The second pressing on black vinyl is a limited edition of 350 only - there are no commercially available cd's or downloads.
